When are payments due?
In order to reserve the villa, a reservation deposit is required at the time you make the reservation. Your entire rental amount is due four (4) weeks prior to your rental start date.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept credit cards using PayPal's services, with an additional PayPal charge.
What is the difference between reservation deposit and security deposit?
Reservation deposit is required at the time you make the reservation. Once you rental starts, the reservation deposit becomes the security deposit. Therefore, you will not need to keep a seperate security deposit.
When will my security deposit be returned to me?
Once you checkout, our management company will check the home for any damages. Once they give us the go ahead, your security deposit will be returned to you. In any event, the security deposit will be returned within 30 days of your checkout date.
What happens if I arrive late in the evening?
You can arrive anytime after 5pm the day of your arrival. Once we have received all the documents in order with the required payment amounts, you will be given a personal entry code for access to the villa.
About the home
Can I bring pets with me?
Sorry. For the comfort of all our guests, pets are NOT allowed in the home.
Can I smoke in the home?
Sorry. For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is NOT allowed in the home.
Do you provide TV's with Cable and DVD?
Yes. Our home has TVs in the family room and the master bedrooms. All TVs have cable. The family room also has a DVD player. A video library is provided for your use, or you can rent movies of your choice from many video rental locations near the resort.
How far is your home from the clubhouse?
The home is at a two minute walking distance from the clubhouse. You will not need a car to get there.
Do you offer daily cleaning services?
The home is cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. A mid-stay cleaning service is available on request at an additional charge.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes. We have a washer and a dryer in the utility area of the home. Also provided is an iron, ironing board and hair dryers for your convenience.
Do you provide linens and towels during our stay?
Yes. The home is supplied with sufficient linens and towels for your stay.
Do you recommend pool heating?
We recommend pool heating from October to March. As the pool takes about 24 to 48 hours to heat, we recommend that you book and pay for the heating in advance.
What amenities are offered for children?
We provide a Playstation 2 game system (some games provided for the children's use), a selection of board games and playing cards to keep them busy, and of course, you have the pool (adult supervision required around the pool).
What amenities are offered for infants?
We provide a crib (not a small playpen), a highchair, an umbrella stroller, and a stair gate at no extra cost to you.
Is Internet access available and is it free of charge?
We provide complimentary wireless internet access in our home. You are welcome to bring your Wi-Fi enabled devices.
Who should I call if I need anything during my stay?
You can contact our Management Company 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The number is listed in the guest folder in the home.
How close are the attractions around Orlando?
DisneyWorld is about 10 minutes drive, Universal Studios about 15 minutes drive and SeaWorld about 15 minutes drive from the Terra Verde Resort, of course depending on traffic and time of day.
How far are the beaches?
Daytona beach is only about 90 minutes drive away on the East coast and Clearwater is about 60 minutes to the West.
How close are the nearest shops and restaurants?
US192 has plenty of shops and restaurants, about 5 minutes drive.
What car rental companies are available at Orlando airport?
There are many car rental companies at Orlando airport on-site, as well as off-site. See Orlando International Airport's rental cars information web page for more information.
Where can I get theme park tickets?
Theme park tickets are available at numerous discount outlets. You may want to check with the conceirge desk at Terra Verde, who may be able to offer a range of discount prices on most parks, attractions and dinner shows.
What medical services are nearby?
There is a 24-hour drug store/chemist on US 192.
Can you arrange for food delivery prior to our arrival?
Yes, we can arrange for grocery items to be purchased and provided to the villa prior to your arrival. Please let us know if you are interested in these, and we will provide you with more information and cost.
